Learn how to skate and play hockey:
WHAT: Seven introductory sessions to girls hockey
AGE: 8 – 17 year old girls
WHERE: Appleton Family Ice Center
WHEN: April 13th at 8 pm, April 21st at 8 pm.
April 30th at 6 pm, May 10th at 8 pm
May 12th at 7 pm, May 16th at 1 pm.
June 1st at 7 pm
COST: $50.00
**Each session is 50 minutes.
“Bring a Friend to hockey” Open house -- Monday, April 5th from 6:30 – 8:00 pm at AFIC
Current girls in hockey should bring their friends out to skate and sign up for the Beginner girls hockey program. The new girls can meet the coaches and try on equipment. All girls can skate from 7-8 pm.
Equipment Required: helmet, gloves, skates, stick, knee pads, elbow pads, shoulder pads, and breezers. If you do not have skates, rental skates will be provided for no additional fee.
